  • Late policy

    We understand that delays can happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, each appointment is reserved specifically for you and includes a set amount of time.

    If you are running late for a lash extension appointment, we’re happy to still see you. Please note that your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full service. Any missed time may result in needing additional time at your next visit to get fully caught up.

    For lash lift and tint appointments, if you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we will unfortunately need to reschedule due to time-sensitive steps in the process. This will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged to the card on file.

    For all other appointments, if you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full service amount will be charged.

    If you’re running behind, please call or text us as soon as possible at 317-250-1988. Communication is always appreciated and helps us serve you and others more smoothly.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.

  • Children & Additional Guests Policy

    To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone whenever possible. Due to our intimate space, we are unable to accommodate children, spouses, or additional guests during your service.

    If you’re facing an emergency and have no other options, please reach out to the salon ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate while respecting the experience of others in the space.

  • Payment Policy

    Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and can be added to your card or given in cash.

    A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card will only be charged in accordance with our late cancellation and no-show policies.

    We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

  • Aftercare Responsibilities

    Lash extension aftercare: 

    You must wash your lashes with the supplied lash cleanser you receive at your full set appointment daily.

    Do NOT wear waterproof makeup (including mascara and liner) on the top or bottom lashes. 

    No picking, pulling or rubbing.

    Do not apply oil onto the upper face area including but not limited to coconut oil, vaseline and aquaphor. 

    In the event you swim, cry or sweat, be diligent to wash your lashes after to avoid build up.

    Avoid high heat (think ovens and bonfires)

    Lash lift and tint / Brow lamination aftercare:

    You must avoid water on these areas for 24 hours after these appointments 

    Dermaplane aftercare:

    Be very careful in the sun for 72 hours, wear a hat and extra sunscreen

    Know that dermaplaning is a deep manual exfoliation, it is not uncommon to have small, under the skin bumps for 24 hours after the appointment as the exfoliation is working its way out.
